Spacious Family Haven

Located in Santa Clara, CA, this project involved a comprehensive renovation and expansion of an existing house to create a spacious, modern home. The client, an investor, aimed to build an addition and renovate the entire house to put it on the market, targeting large families. The design inspiration was to create a large, modern home with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, capable of accommodating a large family. The renovation focused on building a spacious two-story house with ample areas for entertaining and an open space feel. Key features include the addition of multiple entertainment areas and an expansive open-plan layout. The house was designed to provide plenty of room for family activities and gatherings. The result is a beautiful, modern, and large house with abundant space for a large family to enjoy life, perfectly aligning with the client’s vision and goals for the project.
