This project involved a complete reimagining of an older home, starting with a 600-square-foot addition and extending to a full structural and cosmetic renovation. We rebuilt nearly every element of the house, updating everything from the foundation to the roof.
What made this project especially meaningful is that it was the client’s childhood home. After living elsewhere for many years, he chose to return and renovate it as his future retirement residence. It was a major transformation that gave him a fresh start in a familiar place, blending lifelong memories with modern design and functionality.
