Artist’s Modern Retreat

Located in San Jose, CA, this project involved a comprehensive renovation of the entire house, both interior and exterior, to achieve a modernized look. The client, a repeat customer, envisioned a home that embodies simplicity, elegance, and sophisticated design. Inspired by these principles, we focused on transforming the space by removing several partition walls from the living area and bathrooms to expand the spaces and create a large, open-plan layout. This approach enhanced the flow and functionality of the home, making it more spacious and inviting. The renovation included upgrading everything throughout the house, including the kitchen, two new bathrooms, doors and windows, flooring, tile work, and paint. Key features of this project include the seamless integration of modern design elements and the thoughtful expansion of living spaces. The result is a beautiful, simple, elegant, and sophisticated home that perfectly aligns with the client’s vision and enhances their living experience.
