Skylight Kitchen Expansion

Located in Mountain View, CA, this project transformed a narrow kitchen into a spacious, light-filled great room. The client’s vision was to remove the wall between the kitchen and living space, creating an open area with added skylights for natural light. Inspired by the concept of a large, open great room with abundant natural lighting, the design focused on creating an inviting and functional space for family gatherings. The key feature is the versatile great room that seamlessly blends the kitchen with the living area, perfect for entertaining. The result is a beautiful, modern kitchen and great room combination, providing a bright, airy, and welcoming space.
