ADU & Entertainment Hub

Located in Sunnyvale, CA, this project aimed to create an ADU with unique Craftsman-style design features that would enhance the client’s backyard and serve as an entertainment area for guests. The client envisioned an ADU that not only provided functional living space but also matched the aesthetic of their existing home. The design and architectural work were completed by the client’s architect, while our responsibility was to build it from the ground up. Inspired by the Craftsman style, we constructed an ADU that seamlessly integrates with the main house. The key feature is its high-end appearance, making it look like an upscale entertainment area rather than a typical ADU. The result is an ADU building that blends perfectly with the existing house, creating a cohesive and inviting space that looks like a natural extension of the home.
